Refund policy
30-Day Returns: We offer a full 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your GLACÉ bowl for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund — no return required in most cases.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, photograph the item and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
How to request a refund: Email [your email] with your order number and a brief description. We respond within 24 hours.
We do not accept returns on items that have been used for more than 30 days.
